Guided Meditation-add 15 minutes to the service time. This service will help you relax your body and calm your mind creating a heightened physical experience. Add aromatherapy for a Body, Mind and Soul experience you won’t soon forget.
We also offer a 10-minute guided meditation during your massage. This is 8-10 minutes long. This is perfect if you are trying meditation for the first time.
